My girlfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Azalea Village. We were blown away by the views and pool area. The rooms are very nice, with extremely comfy beds. This is probably not a location for those expecting luxury (and they shouldn’t given the hotel is ~1/4 the price of the luxury resorts in the area). The staff are kind, attentive, and hard working.

Had such an amazing stay at Azalea Village Wellness Resort & Residence even though it was only for one night. From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, cozy, and very well maintained, which made us feel at ease right away. The environment around the resort was peaceful and relaxing, and the food was also really delicious and comforting after such a stressful day. A very special thank you to Jane for making our stay so memorable (She deserve a raise!!!). Despite us booking very last minute at 11pm due to some unforeseen circumstances with our previous accommodation, Jane was incredibly kind, patient, reassuring, and so passionate about what she does. The way she cared for us truly showed genuine hospitality and warmth. What honestly touched us the most was when we first arrived at the resort and saw Jane waiting for us in her pajamas late at night just to welcome and assist us. That alone genuinely shocked us and showed how much she cared about her guests. Instead of immediately asking us for payment, her first priority was to calm us down after the stressful situation we had experienced. She offered us drinks and even fruits to help us relax and feel more comfortable before settling anything else. Once we felt better, Jane and another female staff member patiently helped us through the payment process and made everything feel so seamless and stress-free. They then personally brought us to our accommodation and reassured us that if we needed anything at all, we could simply let them know. That level of care, empathy, and attentiveness is something we will never forget. She also went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation smoothly despite the last-minute situation. Her comforting attitude immediately made us feel safer and much more at ease. It’s rare to meet someone so sincere, thoughtful, and dedicated, and we will always remember the kindness she showed us during our trip. Special shout out as well to our driver, Uncle Ton, for being so funny, warm, and kind. He fetched us so late at night to the accommodation and also drove us to the airport the next day. Despite the language barrier, he constantly tried to communicate with us, made us laugh throughout the ride, and made the journey feel much more comfortable and enjoyable. His kindness and positive energy really added to the entire experience. Thank you once again for everything. We are truly grateful for the experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Dao!
