• free of charge for 1 child/room (aged under 11 sharing the same room with parents,No extra beds )
• Child aged 4-11, there is 50% meal charge of adult price :Child aged under 4 for meal: free of charge.
• Incase of family with 2 adults & 2 children (aged under 11), at least 1 extra bed(inc.Breakfast) is compulsory.

Cancellation:

• Customer must notify hotel if you plan on cancelling your booking before check in  15 or 30 days (or more). As follows
• Weekend and high season : 1 October - 31 March Cancel not less than 30  days prior to check-in date.
• Low Season  1 April - 30 September Cancel not less than 15  days prior to check-in date.
• Early check-out is non-refundable.
• Please ensure to check the booking conditions prior to make your reservation on the Hotel page because the policy varies depending on the property and seasons.

• In case of No show  non refund will be made  (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)
